'Here are some drills for footballers to improve agility. Agility is the ability to change direction quickly, and with these drills you will become even more agile. Reps and Sets: Drill One (T-Drill) - 3 sets of 3 reps with 1 minute rest in between sets. Drill 2 (Touch & Go) - 3 sets of 5 reps with 1 minute rest in between sets. Drill 3 (Corner to Corner) - 3 sets of 3 reps with 1 minute rest in between sets. Drill 4 (Diagonal Drill) - 10 reps, 5 going to the right, 5 going to the left.
